A+ Grant Winner

Dawn Kennedy, librarian at Windermere Primary School, was one of 4 Pflugerville teachers who were awarded an A+ Federal Credit Union Grant. She was awarded $990.94 for the purchase of "Books for Boys." Books that specifically appeal to boys, such as Diary of a Wimpy Kid, Batman, Superman, Spongebob, Spiderman, Captain Underpants, Lego, and many more. And even with all these new books there are still not enought to satisfy the demand. The good news is that they are so popular she never has to shelve them because as soon as they are returned someone else checks them out.
